In around 80 countries, including South Korea, hundreds of thousands are demonstrating peacefully. Their protest is directed against the banks and the corrupt financial systems. Following the example of the American Occupy movement, they chant loudly: “We are the 99%”. To preserve their anonymity and as a sign of protest, some of the demonstrators wear Guy Fawkes masks.
